She uploaded the video to youtube (I love it!!!) and also just wrote a blog post about our time in Casselfornia. :* I already miss her so much and am so happy to see Anja so often!!
I'm so incredibly thankful for all the friends I have made through blogging!!

A Girl's Weekend in Casselfornia.

Blogging is for making friends. Friends who share your interests and dreams. That's the first thing that comes to my mind when thinking about blogging.
Since I started my blog some years ago, I made some amazing new friends. At first, we've only been commenting on each other's blog posts, then we've become blog friends and some time later, me met each other in reality and became real friends.
One of those great friendships that began through blogging is the friendship with Stefanie. :) Nearly two years ago, I got to know her because of our blogs and last summer, we spent an awesome week with our other friends Stef, Laura, Fabienne and my best friend Anja. It was a magical week and we had the best time and got to know each other better, shared secrets, memories and dreams. :) During the last year, I was lucky to spend time with Laura and Stef again, but because of the long distance which separates Stefanie and me, we haven't seen each other. Now, after exactly one year, we finally made it to see each other again!! :*
We thought about meeting somewhere in the middle so that none of us would have to travel too far and so Anja and I drove to Kassel (my home town which is in the middle between Potsdam and Switzerland) to meet Stefanie there and to spend a long girl's weekend with each other!! :)
On the first evening, we walked around, I showed them some sights, we had dinner in a delicious Mexican restaurant and we chatted a lot. :)
Each morning, we were having breakfast on the other side of the street, opposite our hotel, and deliciously started our days. :)
We went to the Bugasee, it love it there!
Photos, photos, photos. :)
My sweet Anja!
One of my favorite parts of the weekend was taking outfit photos of each other. :)
The Herkules.
My home is my Cassel!
Awww, this great view, I missed this so much! We went up all the way and were super exhausted afterwards. :)
Time went by way to fast, that's the only bad thing about this wonderful weekend with them! I really appreciated this girl's quality time and already miss Stefanie a lot! I'm glad that Anja is living just around the corner. :)
Can't wait for the next time!
Lu

P.S: All photos were either taken by Stefanie, Anja or me. :)

Aaaaaand today is Stefanie's birthday, hooorrayyyyy! So if you want to, visit her blog and leave her sweet birthday wishes! :)

A Short Holiday at the Baltic Sea.

Hello, dear readers! :) Flo and I have recently been escaping to the Baltic Sea for a few days and it was so relaxing there. We both enjoy being at the seaside. Too bad that those trips always go over way too fast.
We and Mogli spent lots of hours at the beach and we were lucky that there had hardly any rain.

I loved wearing my new wind and rain coat that I had just scored during a shopping trip shortly before we drove to the seaside. :) Pink and polka dots are perfect. :)

I love this photo of Flo! :*
Mogli is so cute, we were having a ball with us and he ran around like crazy. ;) He enjoys being at the seaside, too.
Sandy nose, sandy tounge, yummy! :D
The dog and the sea.
Haha, we tried to take a photo with the self timer and the moment Flo and I were sitting in the sand, Mogli jumped into our backs like ridden by the devil. :D This little monster! :D And then the photo was taken the moment we jumped up to chase him over the beach. ;)
It's hilarious how Mogli is sitting there next to us, his back turned towards the camera. It seems as if he wanted to state that he has nothing to do with us. :D
Haha, he found a beach ball that someone else had left. Do you see his crazy eyes? :D
Our hotel Schloss Schwansee, so beautiful and quiet.
Happy beach day!
On our last day, we visited Wismar, such a pretty city with history! Oh, all the colorful houses!
Next to the harbor.
Haha, my outfit matching the yellow mailbox. :D

Those days went by way too fast, but we both enjoyed being at the seaside and a change of location is always healthy and feels good. :) This was relaxing and oh, the great air of the sea!
Have you been to the seaside this year?

My life in Instagram photos: I wanna go to the seaside.

Hello, my sweet readers! :) Today I've got an Instagram photo post for you, but a really special one:
Last weekend, I had 5 days off and it was soo relaxing. On Sunday, I spontaneously decided that it would be nice to go to the seaside, so I asked my love Flo and my best friend Anja and on Tuesday, the three of us and Mogli drove to the Baltic Sea. :)
It was sooo awesome being on the beach all day!! We have been walking in the sand, barefeet in the water, enjoyed the fresh air, the smell of fish and the wind, we sat in the sand, chatted, laughed and took photos.
Anja and I accidentally wore matching outfits with leather jackets, black, grey, white and pastel colors. I'm sooo glad that we found each other and always spend awesome days like this one! Life wouldn't be as great as it is without her and we always feel so good when we are together and have so much fun! ;* Anja also wrote a blog post about this day on her own blog. :)

I simply love Warnemünde, the lighthouse, the beach, the sand and the fresh air! Anja has been searching for pretty stones all day and we all enjoyed walking with bare feet. :)
Felt like summer!
Love, love, love! One of the many things I love about Flo is that he always supports my plans and ideas and this time, he was as excited as I concerning the idea to spontaneously drive to the seaside, even if only for one day. :)
We were having dinner in a Greek restaurant at the beach, I've already been there last summer and I looove their food! They are also super dog-friendly which makes it easier for us. :) After dinner, we walked along the harbor, ate some soft ice and watched the seagulls.
Before we left, we enjoyed a last walk along the beach, played with Mogli and sat in the sand.
It was such a beautiful day with two of my very favorite and important people and it was so relaxing and so much fun! :))
Thanks for reading, Lu :)
