
- Milk
- Strawberries (fresh ones are better, but according to the season, I used frozen ones)
- Raspberries (frozen ones, too // don't forget to thaw them before)
- Cinnamon
- Honey
For the smoothie you need:
- Bananas
- Kiwis
- Fresh lemon balm
- Orange juice
For both the shake and the smoothie crush, purée and mix all ingredients. Use as much liquid (milk // orange juice) as you want, depending on which consistency you prefer. :)
