Yummy, I haven't been posting a recipe for quite a while, but here are an easy milkshake and a smoothie I made for last Sunday's brunch. <3
For the milkshake you need:
- Milk
- Strawberries (fresh ones are better, but according to the season, I used frozen ones)
- Raspberries (frozen ones, too // don't forget to thaw them before)
- Cinnamon
- Honey
For the smoothie you need:
- Bananas
- Kiwis
- Fresh lemon balm
- Orange juice
For both the shake and the smoothie crush, purée and mix all ingredients. Use as much liquid (milk // orange juice) as you want, depending on which consistency you prefer. :)
Can't decide which drink I liked most, but I think there's nothing better on a Sunday morning than a healthy breakfast full of variety and with such delicious treats. <3
