Heyy! :) I'm still busy with studying and making notes for a totally boring presentation at university, but as usual, I always reward myself with something I love and today my little reward for being hard-working was to make pesto after a recipe by my lovely friend Anja.- Lots of fresh basil (I bought three pots with a basil shrub)
- Fresh oregano (I forgot to include it in the photo :))
- Fresh Parmesan
- Pine nuts
- Fresh garlic
- Olive oil
- Salt (I used really good organic sea salt)
- According to Anja's recipe, you can also use parsley, but I don't like it, so I left it out :)
I always collect empty jars and thus, I don't have to spend money on buying some. :)
To decorate the jars, I sticked little lables onto them (I got them from Stef of magnoliaelectric <3) and fixed some fabric squares to the top, sooo pretty!
