Hello and happy summer day! :) Here's a delicious pancake recipe for you, maybe even for tomorrow's Sunday breakfast? :)
This is what you need:
- Fresh (or frozen) blueberries & 2 bananas
- 100g flour and 2 tea spoons of baking powder
- 130ml milk & 3 eggs
- Honey and vanilla sugar
- Some cinnamon
- Some cinnamon
- Butter
Mix flour and baking powder in a bowl, slowly add milk and eggs and stirr everything. Next, wash your blueberries and take the half of them to add them to your pancake dough. Moreover, cut the first banana into slices and add it, too. Add some honey or vanilla sugar and some cinnamon, mash the ingredients and stirr everything. Next, heat butter in your pan and fry you pancakes. In the meantime, cut the other banana into slices which you can then use with the remaining blueberries and some honey to decorate your pancakes on the plate. :)
