A non-vegetarian lasagna recipe with Basil and cheese (Rajiv Tiwari)

Ingredients for the lasagna sauce:

* 1 TBSP olive oil
* Pound chicken sausage, chopped
* Cup chopped onion
* 1 large garlic cloves, chopped
* 1 Teaspoon dried oregano
* 1/8 Teaspoon of dried red pepper
* 1 Can crushed tomatoes with added puree
* 1 Can of diced tomatoes with green peppers and onions with juices

Ingredients for lasagna filling:

* Cup fresh basil leaves
* 7 Oz plus Cup ricotta cheese
* Cups of grated mozzarella cheese
* 1/3 Cup of grated Parmesan cheese

* Teaspoon salt
* Ground black pepper to taste

Ingredients for the lasagna:

* 6 no boil lasagna noodles
* 1 Cup of grated mozzarella cheese
* Cup of grated Parmesan cheese

Directions for the lasagna sauce:
